Collier Area Transit’s (CAT) FY2025 Transit Performance Measures are available for review, published October 5, 2026.
Collier County Transit Performance Measures
The purpose of this publication is to provide general information concerning system management, performance, productivity, cost distribution and safety of the Collier County Transit System. The data reported includes two (2) modes of operations: Fixed Route (buses) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Demand Response.
These performance indicators are published annually pursuant to Florida Statute 341.071.

The new Seasonal Schedules begins on Sunday, November 1, 2026. View the Seasonal Weekday Schedules and Seasonal Sunday Schedules in advance and please plan accordingly.
Fares increased on October 1, 2026, for both fixed-route and paratransit service.
Fixed-route:
A Regular Fare Day Pass increased from $3.00 to $4.00.
A Reduced Fare Day Pass increased from $1.50 to $2.00.
Paratransit: ADA and TD Fares increased by $1.00.
ADA:
* $1.00 to $2.00 for riders at or below the poverty level
* $3.00 to $4.00
TD:
* Riders at/below the federal poverty level increased from $1.00 to $2.00
* Riders between 101% and 150% of the poverty level increased from $3.00 to $4.00
* Riders between 151% and 350% of the poverty level increased from $4.00 to $5.00
* Individuals with income above $350% of the federal poverty level no longer qualify for Transportation Disadvantage subsidies.
On Saturday, August 1, 2026, join CAT at the Southwest Florida Family’s Back to School Expo, at the North Collier Regional Park, from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M., as we celebrate our 25th Anniversary of providing transit service in Collier County. The event is located at 15000 Livingston Rd, Naples, FL 34109.
This FREE family fun event will include Bounce Houses, Giveaways, Food Trucks…. and more! Learn about After School activities, Education Support and other Back-to-School related services.
And be sure to tour our new Electric Bus!
For transportation to the event, Route 27 will detour after the Creekside stop to the North Collier Regional Park, from the 9:15 A.M. loop through the 12:40 P.M. loop that day.

CAT’s new Go Pass will replace all Regular and Reduced-Fare bus passes.
Along with a new Go Pass, CAT has added additional features to make riding with CAT easy. Passengers are now able to set up accounts to have Account Based Ticketing, where funds can be directly loaded into your account from your mobile device or funds can be loaded at a participating Vanilla-Direct retailer, making it simple to then buy bus passes with the loaded funds. If you are a frequent rider, once funds are loaded into your account, use those funds to purchase a bus pass for the most affordable way to ride CAT. Then simply tap the QR code from your mobile device or your Go Pass smart card to the validator as you board the bus. It’s as simple as Tap and Go!
To find a Vanilla Direct retailer to load funds onto your Go Pass, visit https://pay.vanilladirect.com/pages/retailers and then type in your zip code. Vanilla-Direct retailers include Dollar General, Family Dollar, 7-11, CVS, Walmart and Walgreens, to name a few.

Summer Paw Passes are available for students of any age (with valid school ID), to ride CAT with unlimited rides from June 1-August 31, 2026.
Summer Paw Passes can be purchased on the Transit app. Download the Transit app and purchase the pass to use your mobile device as your bus pass. Simply scan the QR code on the validator as you board the bus for an easy way to always have your Summer Paw Pass available for use.
Summer Paw Passes purchased on the Transit app will become active for use on June 1, 2026.
